Zichat Zikula module version 1.0.0 has been released. Ajax chat and phpFreeChat are used to integrate.
With Zichat it is easy to implement chat in your site. Many type of integration:- With block.
- With module URL: {Zichat:user:display:chat=freechat}
- With hook.
- With iframe tag in templates.

Hi, in your experience could it also be used for communication with customers on a business website? As an alternative to the phone ?

Thanks for the reply ! I have not yet looked into 3rd party solutions yet. mibew looks like a good place to start
