Modules and Blocks links missing in admin panel

    I set up a site for my Dad and I am not sure what he did but the Modules and Blocks links are missing from the admin panel. If I manually type the link into my browser the Modules and Blocks pages still exist. It is only the links in the admin panel which are gone. How can I get these links back into the admin panel?

    Use phpMyAdmin or some similar tool and go into the database and make sure that in the [prefix]_modules table, the pn_admin_capable field is set to '1' for those two modules.
