Since no one has replied - I'd be interested in this too.

In looking at the source of the webpage, NS-Comments module is being loaded. My guess is that the webmaster modified the NS-Comments code.

Anyone care to figure it out?

Well, I wouldn't know because even though EZComments initialized, there is a database table, and I've checked the activate EZComments in the modules/regenerate/edit module admin area ... I don't see anything change for the modules I've set this option -- Sections, ProdReviews, and even tried News.

Unfortunately, most of the support site is in german with one english forum -- so I'm feeling rather dumb on that module.

Regardless, the HTML source code that can be viewed for that page says NS-Comments. I emailed the webmaster but there was no reply :(

    Drats.

I really want to get the NS-Comments to flat rather than threaded for ALL of my members and not just choosing it for myself. Nothing I've found will allow this to happen. It would also be nice to have the post box open like the quick reply in PNphpBB2 and this website linked in the original question.

    Anyone have an idea?
