Unlike most people I DO NOT want unregistered users to be able to submit news articles.

Permissions are setup as follows.

Main Menu:(My Account|Search|Stats|Downloads|Web Mail|White Papers|Submit News|Logout):

Everything except Submit News is hidden and works perfectly.

Can someone please steer me the right direction here?

The way i do it is that i have a block for regestered users and a block for unregestered - when you log in the block for unreg disapears and the block for reg appears.

I think the way to make the link disapear is to keep the way you have it but also include a NS-Submit_news permission - giving permission to submit to regestered users and deny to unreg - i havent done it - as i say i use the block aproach
