Hi:
There is a mod for OSP maybe a seach for pnOSP in the modules could help. I was able to hack PHP Surveyor to use it within PostNuke. It is an excellent survey package.
http://sourceforge.n…ojects/phpsurveyor/
Maybe someone could be able to make a module from PHPSurveyor in the future.

i used formexpress for a while but somehow i couldn't get back again to admin it(Blank Page), also i didn't understand feproc(the improvement..1.5) ,,, i also made a couple of feature request for the advanced polls-which could be enough..
so for now i do it with phpformgenerator although prefer module instead of standalone, more suggestions welcomed.. -

Stay away from pnESP .. Andreas stopped development years ago ... it is full of issues.
phpSurveyor works great if you link to it using postwrap ... you will not be able to capture user specific data ... unless you ask for it from within the survey.

Hi
Well this is sad but you should check this, phpSurveyor have vulnerabilities:
http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1321973&forum_id=254598
I guess it is better than pnesp but until those issues are fixed, I would not recommend it. I was able to hack PHPSurveyor .98 stable to work within PostNuke. But my integration was broken with relases after .98.
I find PHPSurveyor to be a top Survey solution but Primary Dev left the project on January. I dunno if he will return to the project for the .99 or 1.0 release.
