I want to disable all users from the "Add Download" feature. But I wish that they can still download what is available there.

I have been through just about every post I can find on the subject here and applied them all in various manners. No matter what I do, unregistered users cannot upload but can download, and users can still do both no matter how I put the permissions.

All groups Downloads:: .* Read

or

Users Downloads:: .* Read

(I have even tried just changing things to "Comment" to see what would happen.)

Either way, it still allows for "Add Download." And it doesn't matter where I put it either. It's been in every slot on the list just trying to see if something would change.

How can I just have Admins capable of "Add Download" and no one else? I am at my wits end on this one since all the great posts helped out with the unregistered users when I followed them.

Ugh. Help someone?
