"Blocks" and "Modules" options DISAPERED

Sorry for my English - it`s not too good...
I have BIG problem... Options: "Blocks" and "Modules" disapered from my Administration Menu... I don`t know what i must to do! Please, help me because I spend on my site many hours and I don`t want make it again...
I`m using RHUKNET2 theme if this can help in anything...
ps. They were there yesterday, but today at mornig they disapered... :(

Ok. They proboly didn't disapered at you claim but what might have had happen if you went to modules and regenated without upgrading the blocks module. And modules should never be deleted of the admin menu inless you deleted the module " module " if you see what im saying. If you don't know any of this try re-installing your PostNuke then regenating the modules and doing it that way might take an extra hour. But thats what you get for not knowing what your doing at first.
