Please! How to use de BANNERS in a block !!!!!

I love the way that the admin>banners works, it`s great!!!!
But I neet do make the banners appears in a block, at the left or right side of the site, and with 120x120 pixels, but the banners just at the top of the site.
How I do it ? I need to do it because my boss wants the site works this way...
