Sorry for the newbie question but my husband is not around to ask...(military) so I will ask here.

I thought I knew how to turn off certain modules via the admin, modules settings choosing deactivate to make them vanish from the left module block list but I cant seem to get them to turn off.

They say they are deactivated yet they are still in the list for folsk to select such as advant-go I dont use it and chose to deactivate it yet it still stays in list.

Also how do I add one to link to my PhpBB2 forumn on my site(which is installed already)

You have to edit those manually from Administration->Blocks->View blocks->Main Menu->Edit
