Hi, I'd like to deploy PN commercially , so I've been asking myself
what kinds of businesses/orgs are most likely to need a PostNuke driven
website.
Related to this is the question if there is a module that could be used to
present a business'es product list.
Sorry if this sound confusing,
Thanks a lot ,

See the information at http://techcellence.net/pn I installed PN just 2 months ago and have written some guides and documentation to help others get started. Some of your questions are answered there. As far as showing your company products, I'm not sure which module is best suited, perhaps a gallery module, perhaps something else. -

We're working on more business modules as we speak. PostNuke can cover a variety of commercial markets as a Intranet solution for managing employees or content publishing. Certain modules like ContentExpress PostCalandar make PostNuke very flexible.

We are working on a themes rendering engine called Xanthia so PostNuke sites don't look so standard. Xanthia can be found here

More commercial and ecommerce type applications will follow in the coming months at corpnuke.com which will have it's grand opening later this evening. We are preparing a new module release for the event ;)

Hi cyvan,
especially some new modules like Project management, phprofessions or books could be of interest for your customers. You'll find the last two modules on modules.postnuke.com and project management through doing a search on google for "PostNuke project management".
And you could convince your customers through showing them chapter 5 of the official "PostNuke Getting Started Guide" ( www.drewvogel.com/files/PN-i-gsg.pdf )
Hope that helps !
Sascha
