How do I use an image for a background?  Bottom

    I'm sure it's really easy to do but I can't seem to figure it out: How do I use an image (.jpeg) for a background rather then just a color?

    Add below in header section of theme.php - just above banner call.
    alter configs to your choice.
    echo "\n";
