Problem with Merchandise block, any ideas?

I can create a block and it shows up on my site but, I get the following error when I go in and click on the Merchandise to add or edit contents.
Fatal error :
module = NS-Merchandise
op = main
Any help would be most appreciated it is the last block I need to add to make my site live. Cheers,
