"Please change permissions on config.php to 666 so this script can write and encrypt the DB data (HINT: use "chmod")"

What do i do. i opened it up and saw nothing about 666 or permissions.

    Hi

CHMOD settings can be done via an ftp client. Like wsftp for instance. Open a connection to your site files, and use the unix chmod command to set permissions on these two files.

If you use cuteftp, just right click on the file you want to chmod, and select "properties/chmod"
