problems after successfull installation

    hello,

    after installing PN 0.723 i get the following messages:

    Warning: Failed opening 'modules/NS-Languages/api.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/includes/pnAPI.php on line 436

    Warning: Failed opening 'modules/News/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/index.php on line 168

    i am using
    webserver: Apache 1.3.23
    database: MySql 3.23.48
    PHP 4.1.0

    what's wrong?

    Is this paid hosting or your own personal computer (wondering if PHP may not be setup correctly)
