http://www.teamliquid.net/ is running some kind of nuke-system, but don't know which one
http://www.canadascteam.com/ is running on http://www.nphp.net/
http://www.teamz7.com/ looks like it's running some kind of CMS, but judging the code and links I'm not so sure
Everything you see on these pages can be accomplished by postnuke...
