I'm having trouble with the center blocks on some of my themes. On many they appear fine, but for the rest, since I assume they're outdated ones, the center blocks don't show right. It seems that the news article pieces are fine, but the other blocks like the admin message is missing the table and the table name. It just takes whatever blocks I have, and it's like they're all one big mushed block, without headers to define what each part is.
It seems that the code for each one of them is at least somewhat different for that. Is there any...not so long...way to fix them all without too much effort?

have you tried AutoThemes or Encompass Theme Engine themes? Both will allow you to place blocks within the center block and other block layout options.
We've recently taken the new Envolution CMS Encompass Theme Engine and ported it over to work with PN723. We call the fork the Xanthia Theme Engine.
The TruBlue theme will be the first Xanthia theme and will be available along with Xanthia late toght or tomorrow for a beta pre release. TrueBlue is currently the defualt theme at pnAPI.com -
