I just installed the plasma01 theme and when I select settings to use I get the following messages:
Warning: Failed opening 'themes/plasma/theme.php' for inclusion (includes_path='.;C:/phpdev/php/includes;C:/phpdev/php/class') in c:\phpdev\www\dev\devnuke723\HTML\includes\pnAPI.php on line 995.
Fatal error: call to undefined function: themeheader() in c:\phpdev\www\dev\devnuke723\HTML\header.php on line 203.
Any ideas?

You can find that not all themes work with latest PN version
What Version PN are you using
Also check with theme developer to see if it is compliant with latest PN
