Also add pnAPI.com to the list :D
We have release a new encompass compatible theme called TrueBlue with a commercial audience in mind at pnAPI.com in the downloads area. It is currently the defualt theme at pnAPI.com for demo purposes.
The theme is GPL and the artwork public domain. There will other themes of this type available soon.
Do not use inblock.tpl until the new release is of Encompass is available. The new Encompass Theme, TrueBlue, has inblock.tpl disabled in the defualt install. -

]yes i seen that site the other day... trublue is a verry ncie theme if i could just remove that bottom link :D
.....??? come on.....
......
8)
You can remove the link :D
As the author of the theme I have stated this in the readme.txt
I have also stated on the front page of http://pnapi.com that TrueBlue is GPL and the artwork is Public Domain.
The copyright link is kinda a satire. Just a reminder to people where the theme came from ;)

Designs4Nuke.com also has a couple of themes for you to download and I'm working on getting another four or five released. Although, I should really stop being a perfectionist and just release them already. But hey take a look, I have themes, content, and some blogging going on about designs, content management, and life.

The MTmodular theme is available from http://www.mtrad.com. Sorry, but it's the only theme available there. :?
But, on the other hand, it has a number of features that you will not find in many other themes:
* It works with all browsers, including Netscape 4.x.
* The CSS validates and the HTML validates with only one exception.
* It is fully documented. (http://www.mtrad.com…modular_README.html)
In addition, it incorporates support for Simple URL's.
