Hey All,
I just installed PostNuke on my server, and woah it's got some groovy stuff on it.. Took me awhile to find the database information and all but i got there :D ..
Ok I'm wanting to create a Theme / layout.. Where do i start ?
Is there a key template i can just edit, that will do the hole site ?
How do i add/take off buttons from the menu ?
And is it possible to create it so members have there own profile page with a add picture option so they can upload there photo of them selves and things ?...
Any help would be great, i have been searhcing for a few days on how i do this but i cant find anything at all ... I am farely new to PHP... well im very new, but i have been in HTML if that helps so i understand the basics of some stuff and how it works....

Hi
Creating themes can still be a bit of a mystery to all but the coders. However, you can take an existing theme and have a bit of a hack and slash away at the theme.php and the theme CSS files or. have a look here
http://spidean.mckenzies.net/
for a theme that you can change via any HTML editor.
Lastly, although I am not privy to the full details, I believe that the Phoenix rendering engine will be launched soon which should give us non coders more flexability when it come to changing layouts n stuff.
Cheers
