I used the xpZone-green theme from http://www.hollowpursuits.com.au
A few little adjustments and I get that. I would like to integrate further between the forums and the main site though, maybe put the top 10 read and viewed posts in the top list, etc. -

I like the site aswell.. I have modified several of XPzone themes to fit what I need..
