Hi All, I've been playing around with post nuke now for probably about 3 months, and I've forgotten one of the main things I need to learn... How on earth do you change the back ground colors and other items such as the menu? Any help you could give me would be much appreciative.

Hi
Depends on the theme you are using. If you are using AutoTheme then this can all be done via HTML editor such as Dreamweaver. If not then most changes are done via the theme.php and text changes can be made via the theme CSS files.
Menu changes are done via the administration panel/blocks/main menu
