Why doesnt my main page update when i type in http://url but it works when I type in http://url/index.php ?
Turns out this really annoying instance has to do with how Directory Indexing is configured. Specifically the ORDER.
I head index.html in front of index.php which was the entire cause of over a week of headaches.
Anyhow this may crop up again if ISPs have their order like i did on my server.
