Anyone have a fix for iNuke themes?

Does anyone have a fix for the iNuke themes, it has 103 HTML errors and really chugs computers when they visit that site. I love this theme, and would like to stick with it, but the page is just so error filled its slowing all the computers down.
Anyone have a updated version or a fix?

Yep I sure could be.
Did you upload ths theme to your site yourself? Or was it part of the package that you originally installed? Don't bother to answer, I know what the answer is already.
This makes it third party.
Third party means it was NOT a part of the core files. -

You should be talking with this cocky comment...Is this a core theme? I think not.
A simple answer of why you moved it to another category would have done just fine, the mature way. Instead you made me look retarded.
