How to install extensions?

Please can Someone help me out? How do I install extensions and theme -

Upload templates to the themes folder.
Extensions like dizkus(the forum extension most like to use) upload to your site and extract and it should extract to the modules folder if you do it right.
But the template forum is not the place to ask this(there is a better forum for this) -

For modules, extract them and then upload them to your site, making sure that they go into the modules folder. Once your module is in the modules folder, go to your admin page and open the modules admin module. Click on regenerate list, then find your module in the list. Click on activate and you should be good to go. -

Themes go in the themes folder. You can then admin them from the theme module in your admin pages
