It has been a REALLY long time since I had upgraded from PostNuke so I actually start a fresh install of Zikula 1.2.8 instead of trying to upgrade (big difference - loving it!). But I have been looking for themes that work on this latest version other than the base it comes with.
Specifically I am looking for darker themes (less white screen 0_0 ).
I dont mind paying for them either but the sites I have found that have Zikula themes advised they didnt support the current version of it.
Any suggestions?

There's 144 themes available on this website, I guess that's a starting point. Also, however upgrading from postnuke to 1.2.8 isn't an easy job, it can be done with preserving your data.
First upgrade to 1.1.2 with the migration distro (as the trac-link Cozi for Cozi gives errors, you can also get it here). Then after everything works in 1.1.2 you can easily upgrade to 1.2.7 or 1.2.8.
