  What is the best way to change the password used for your mySQL in config.php for an established Zikula website?

  Change the password in MySQL (e.g. via phpMyAdmin), set password encoding to "0" and put the new password there in config.php.

  Where do I find the password? Is it in a particular table?
  Also, when I change password in phpAdmin with "0" encoding, does it encode it automatically? I need to put an encoded password in config.php.
  
  Would it be a good idea to create a utility that would allow a Zikula site maintainer the option of changing the "DB username" and "DB password"?
