Well i think i'm finally proud enough to a point to show my site here, it may still need a few things to make it perfect but here it is here Feel free to make suggestions and such and i will try to improve it. And if anyone likes the theme i can post it here so everyone that wants it can have it ;) I will be building upon it as the days go on and hopefully if the bug i've listed in other places gets solved i will try to upgrade it to 1.3 >.>
For anyone who might wonder the modules i use on the site are:
- Pages
- News
- Dizkus
- Formicula(will try and install it again now that i've got the site up and running. i'd not installed it again since the move)

I looked at your site and was about to post that you have a problem with your footer floating in the middle of the page on the browsers I checked, but site is offline now so maybe you're working on it.
The other think I noticed right away is you could use some minimum sizes on your page structure divs to keep the layout from overwriting itself with small screen sizes.

@Damon with the footer thing i just fixed that...that was a odd thing that always gives me problems and i usually solve it eventually...but the other thing what would you or others recommend? And if anyone has any suggestions on the colors feel free to suggest ;) though i did use gimp for the header(that one still needs more work) and background(that brushed steel/metal still needs some work...doesn't look quite right in my pov...) -

I'd set a min-width in CSS for your two content columns, maincontent and leftcolumn, to the minimum pixels you need to avoid "crushing" your content.
It's not foolproof in every single browser and version, but by now most browsers people are using support it, even Internet Explorer since version 7.
Using min-width

As far as color suggestions, the only input I have is that your background dots make me queasy, they seem too bold and maybe the focus would be better on your content if the dots were a light/medium grey instead of black.

Ok i've made a few updates to it. Looks a good deal better in my opinion(the slider i'm still trying to get working and should have it working soon. it utilizes the nivo slider)
