Ok i just tried to install zikula 1.3 on my new host which has PHP 5.3 and all that and the site is http://m46sg.co.cc/ However it produced the error:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_regex_encoding() in /home/msgcocc/public_html/lib/Zikula/Core.php on line 28"
Any help on this matter so i can install would be appreiciated ;)
(Disreguard the topic before this i just decided to do a clean install)

As well i contacted the host on this matter and i think he tried to enable mb and he responded:

ok so it looks like its something else more then our system cause i comment it out and it needs magic_quotes_gpc from our php.ini and that is enable but its not working so it looks like its a script error more then e10free.com so you should contact the script maker's support team about it
I don't know if it's really a fault of e10 or what...i just thought that i might test zikula 1.3 -

Multi-byte strings wasn't installed, got the host to recompile the server with mutli-byte(mb) strings enabled
