  However i could download 1.3 but the thing is that i can't install it
  "Zikula requires PHP version 5.3.2 or greater. Your server is using version 5.2.14."
  Contacted admin, and they refuse to upgrade any time soon, probably next summer

  If you want to download the core or one of the new releases, you can use the temporary solution on our german community site: http://support.zikula.de/index.php?module=info&tid=1
