  Hi,
  
  my latest foray into building a Croatian site for local culinary tips:

  Site uses pagemaster for content, my custom Banners module for banner management and is administered by a friend of mine who likes to eat well but knows close to nothing about computers, software, etc. Despite of this, he manages to add content without any apparent issues and we've had about 40000 page views over the last few months without any advertising.

  Great. Potential of pagemaster is shown The use of images in the restaurant pages is very nice, does pagemaster do that natively with the zikula imageviewer? What media module are you uising there?

  There is no media management module; the images are handled through pagemaster image upload fields; the zikula image viewer is just a few lines of code in the template. It's quite simple; going from PSD to finished site took about 3-4 days; half of that was wasted by me putzing around with CSS

  How functional would PageMaster be for a Gallery? The biggest issue I see is display output of variable counts of photos. I'm working on landing a project that's gonna need a gallery, and the biggest concern I have is the ability to move to 1.3 when it comes out and have a functioning gallery.

  I guess pagemaster could be used as a gallery module BUT I really think that something like a gallery will be much better served by a dedicated module. I should be starting on a next-gen media module sometime soon (barring recurring health issues), but don't hold your breath for that, it'll take a few months.

  Looks great! There is actually a lot of potential this is garnering. The arrangement and the manner the images are used is nice.
  
  Interesting idea with the use a a dedicated content handler rather than a media management. I think I would be interested to look at this subject more and see how I can accomplish it as well.
