  Hi there everyone,
  I am new to web design and programming and have come up with an idea for a website but I only know a minimal amount of HTML and was wondering if Zikula could provide me with the following features for my websites?
  WHAT I WOULD NEED:
  -User accounts with a VERY simplified registration (perhaps just username, password, email, terms of agreement and image verification to sign up)
  -A simple method for users to message each other on the page with email notification (I'm thinking something like PM's aren't noticeable enough to users)
  -Users input information that everyone can search for from the main page (Almost like an airline website search that search's content posted by users) I would also need an option where users could choose to post this info to show up just that day, daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, etc
  -A feedback system similar to eBay (only users agreeing to do business can rate each other however feedback can be seen by everyone)
  
  WHAT WOULD BE COOL (but not necessary)
  -If I could use my own current design that I've made in photoshop or if there was a very simple clean design (Something like twitters design)
  -If users could add each other as friends and be updated on new activity via email.
  
  I know this seems like a lot but I thought I would ask and see if you guys can point me in the right direction. Also in the likely case that I will not be able to do this within a agreeable time period what kind of estimate would I get from a web design & programming firm?

  I know Captcha used to be available, not sure if it's core, an addon or even still available for current releases, but the rest is a definite yes.

  Clip/Pagemaster for 1.3 should be able to do this I would imagine, as well as the news module possibly.

  The Ratings module and reviews module can cover this I think.

  I'm not 100% sure how it works, or if it works with current versions, but there was a module that does the ability to be friends, but I don't think it ever did the e-mail updates.
