  After upgrading my site I get the following error message:
  
  Access denied (error 403)
  
  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  
  Sorry! You don't have authorisation for the page you wanted.
  
  Additional information
  •Sorry! You have not been granted access to this page.
  
  I have checked the .htaccess file and its empty. Cannot access index.php nor admin.php.
  
  
  What do I do to correct this?
