  zikulapro.com is not dead - it is just not used yet by many people. I do not use it for myself, too, because I am against deciding about projects based on the price. @blackjack: I could also have answered something like "yes, I can do that for you"... but that would not have been fair against other potential service providers But if I show this "platform" everybody has the same chance. I hope you understand this point of view.

  @demicoma, believe me, I do feel your pain. Thankfully I've been lucky enough to find support when I need, not easy but I've manage to survive.

  Don't want to sound like a smart ass or anything but I do have tons of experience with community, I don't code like you guys, but I talk and deal with people every day.
  
  May I humble suggest some advise?
  
  If the bids don't work just kill the damn thing, it doesn't do any good to you guys. Remake the site but with a different focus, something like "find affordable pro zikula support", then just make a list of the normal things people look for:
  
  -Installation
  -Update
  -Upgrade
  -Migration
  -Theme
  --Template to theme
  --Theme conversion
  --Theme design
  --Design (logos, etc)
  -Modules
  --Installation
  --Update
  --Custom module creation
  -Forum
  --Installation
  --Update
  --Upgrade
  --Migration
  --Theme design
  
  Then inside of each category you list the pros and their contacts, people just have to contact them and ask for a price. I think this would work much better for everyone and would bring Zikula back to life.
  
  I hope I'm helping, because in all honesty, that's my intention. Another thing, don't ask the price of a new car for simple things, be fair and honest, that way we all can gain. What's the point of having the skills if you never use them? If you don't share the knowledge?

  EDIT: the final package should be deliver trough the site so users could vote in 2 things, WORK and PRICE. That way new users could search what they want among the pros.

  We are in the process of updating things with the documentation for the 1.3 release, as much is changing with it.

  I would advise you get moved to Zikula as soon as possible, as it will be come a much more complex process the longer you wait. My fees for upgrading a Postnuke to ZIkula system has doubled since the initial release of the migration package.

  I tried to register there as Petzi-Juist, but the registration breaks.

  Yeah, one is a domain I need to renew, but need the funds freed up in order to do so. Of course interest in the event is so lacking from enough people I may just drop it anyway. I've got too much on my plate to try and do something that only 4 other people have expressed any opinion/interest on.
