I went with Neosurge due to their service being featured on this site. However, as time went on I found their technical support to be slow and unresponsive at the best of times. My site was down for 7 full days, not available via CPanel, http, ftp or ping, and despite several tickets being opened with them, there was no resolution. I dropped their service and went elsewhere ... Arvixe to be specific as they are also recommended on this site and at least had a responsive live chat-system in place. They are a bit pricier than Neosurge, but it may well be worth it.
I would not use Neosurge again, and I could not recommend anyone else use them. Buyer beware.
