Solved! - How do I remove my Available Categories from my front page?

I am using Zikula 1.2.4 and cannot find how to remove my Available Categories from my homepage. I know it is probably an easy setting change but I cannot find it. I am using 1024px as my theme.

Hello,
I think you need to go to "bloc settings" and change it or remove it.
The "bloc settings" is an icon near icon for changing theme. (sorry for my poor english!)

paradoxbob, by the look of that screen shot you have a module, probably Pages, set as the start page.
You need to go to admin/system/settings and check. Scroll down a bit and you'll see start page settings.
If you use pages as your start module and don't give it a specific page to start at, you just get that list of cats.
Hope that helps a bit.

Thank you so much for the quick responses!
I too thought it had to be a block issue but it turned out that Denis is correct.
I did have my start page set to pages without specifying the actual page to show. Once I changed this setting the Available Categories dissappeared.
I am embarrassed to tell you that I literally spent hours (probably at least 4) trying to fix this before I posted my plea for help.
Thank you both again for all your help.
BTW - Garou, your English is very good. I understood your meaning perfectly. Thank you again.
