  Uh
  It was missing in the plugin list.
  Now it's not a file-scan but a list able to be customized with Events, to add custom Plugins in the /config dir, or from any other module

  My brain is currently full of programming stuff converting the module to Doctrine, even I made a travel the last weekend and when arrived to the city, still sleepy, I wanted to take any bus, and once inside run a:
