Hi,
Is there a way to make the center block stationary? When a user clicks a link the only blocks that stay there are the left and right. Is there a way to accomplish this so that the center block also stays?

you mean you want your center blocks to be displayed on all pages as well as the others? This is a result of your theme templates. You probably have a master.htm template and a home.htm template. Compare them looking for something like and you will probably see the changes that need to be made. -
