Timezones not right, how does this work?  Bottom

    In v1.2.3 times reported for comment and forum posts is incorrect. Something must have changed since v1.1x?

    I have my server set to Pacific time (PDT). In Zikula settings at the bottom of the localization page it says:

    Server time zone PDT

    In setting above that, I have " Time zone for anonymous guests" set to Pacific as well.

    But in comments and the forum, times reported are 8 hours earlier than actual PDT times. I have played with changing my server time zone (switching it to GMT) and the posting times change (actually setting it to London time makes it "right") but the value at the bottom of the localization page still says PDT. There must be a setting somewhere for this, rather than reading it from the OS? I've looked in config.php and don't see it.

    Anyway, how does this work? Seems counter intuitive. If my server is set to PDT, Zikula knows it's at PDT, and the anonymous user is set to report at PDT, then you would think that there would be NO adjustment from the server time. But it seems to adjust as if the server is at GMT.

    How is this supposed to work?
