I'm currently using EZComments 1.6.1.
In the module settings I have "enable comment moderation" and "Don't require moderation for comments from users who've already commented" checked. However, moderation is still being required for users who have already commented. (All users have to be registered.)
I didn't see this listed in the bugs for 1.6.1, 2.0, etc.
Is there an additional setting I'm missing somewhere (maybe in the Permissions module - Users permission is currently set to "comment access")?
Alternately, is this something that works properly in 2.0?

Try it out... lots and lots of issues have been fixed in EZC 2.0.
