That's what I intend to do. I have found IE8 can crash when working in Admin, and have to use Compatibility Mode to prevent that. -

These quirks are usually caused by conflicts with the interaction of the theme used, and Zikula. I had all sorts of these quirks until I had my theme made compatable with 1.2.x. I've also found one quirk in the User module of Zikula that happens when using IE8, but works fine with FF.
