Upgrade worked great, but I have a question  Bottom

  • I did a dual upgrade from zikula 1.0.1 to 1.1.2 and then to 1.2.3. Everything worked like a charm and I was able to get my site back up and running in a matter of an hour. Excellent work ladies and gentlemen! I did notice one thing during the process of upgrading. It said the conversion of the database to utf8 failed. Here are the exact text.

    Code

ALTER DATABASE theorygizmos_com_-_zikula default CHARACTER SET = utf8
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your mysql server version for the right syntax to use near '-_zikula DEFAULT CHARACTER SET = utf8' at line 1
    LTER DATABASE theorygizmos_com_-_zikula default COLLATE = utf8_general_ci
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your mysql server version for the right syntax to use near '-_zikula DEFAULT COLLATE = utf8_general_ci' at line 1

The feedback said that there was an error in the SQL syntax. However, all the modules were upgraded and the site looks just fine. My inclination is to proceed, don't fix it if it isn't broke, EH?

Should I address this, and if so, how?
