If you don't have a version that is complete and available for download through the Extension Database, then your module does not exist.
Saying that people can download your module through the developer channel is irresponsible and quite likely the cause of people trying Zikula, having issues with code that is untested and potentially very buggy, and leaving for a different CMS.
I don't think it's a secret that I loathe Chris. But to clarify and be fair and because my meds are working, I'd like to point out that I was being a bit broad in my statements. I have not installed his forum module so if it seemed like I was inferring that Zimfoino was buggy, that wasn't my intent. I've never used it and NEVER will so my opinion of its quality is moot.
I firmly believe and the point that I was trying to make is that ANY module that only allows for downloads from the developer channel should not be used on a live web site. Please set aside the fact that I'm more often than not a bit of a prick and think about that.
