I'm using Zikula 1.2.2 with Feeds 2.5 and for some reason the feed items are out of order (eg. Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday, Saturday). The feed I'm using is http://weatheroffice.gc.ca/rss/city/on-77_e.xml and everything there seems fine.
I had tried tRSSNews 2.134 but had different problems with that one. In that case, the items for that same feed were in the correct order, but I had date problems (04/25/2010 12:02 PM showed up as December 31, 1969, 7:00 PM EST), and part of the feed wasn't displaying.
Does anyone have any idea why I'm having these problems with Feeds 2.5? Or can someone suggest another feed module to try?
Thanks,
Anita

Give it a little while and see if it settles down once it loads new feeds and see if they come in in order. It could have to do with the initial read it did.

Hi HalbrookTech...thanks for replying...
I had Feeds going before for a while and had the same problem, that's why I switched over to tRSSNews but had other problems there, so now I'm back with Feeds. Some time has passed again and it's still out of order (something that looks very odd and confusing when giving a 5-day forecast).
When I try a different source for a weather feed, I get the days in order, but am only getting 3 of 4 feed items even though it's set to -1 to show all feed items. -

Ok, I tried yet another weather feed, this time from accuweather.com and it is also showing out of order. So, on the surface, it seems it is not the feed sources causing the problem. -

Looking at the temp file (.spc) that gets written, the feed items are in order in that file. I don't know what what all the fields are within each feed item written to that file so I can't really recongize where there is a clue in there or not.
This is what I know:
1. the feed source seems fine
2. the feed items get written in correct order to temp file
3. feed items are out of order when read from that temp file and displayed (both as a page and as a block).
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks
