This is where the problem is:
1) There are two columns:
Code
Time zone Time zone: (GMT -5:00 hours) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
As you can see there are 2 'Time zone' headers. There are more then a dozen headers, not all have information, but this is only happening on 5 of them.

2) Hitting 'Approve' at the above spot; 'Registration applications list', does nothing. Maybe the title for the user details page needs to be 'User Application Details'. You have to go back one page to the list of all pending usesr registrations to actually 'Approve' a user.
