What was your Zikula version before uploading the patch?
Only thing I can think of is that your account has no full admin permissions...

You sure that caps lock is off, and you are using an account with full admin rights?
Verify that you used the correct patch. Upgrading from 1.2.0 is a different patch than from 1.2.1.
You can go back using your backups. If you don't have those, reverting is only possible if the upgrade script has not made any changes yet. Then reuploading the original 1.2.x core package might give the desired results. Take good care and caution, and make another backup first if possible.

No Caps lock or anything like that. Are you sure there is no other way to get the site going, beside uploadling the old version 1.2 ?
I do have a backup on the server. Which files do i need to replay? should i reupload the whole backup files? That would be a pain in the ass sorry. Any other sugestion easy going?
All i did is that uploaded the patch 1.2.2 and the upgrade.php is not done yet, becasue of the username and password.
I mean i have done a patch upgrade 1.2.2 to my test site and also to my other live site both worked fine.My test site and other live site was also 1.2 and the upgrade 1.2.2 worked fine.
Any easy tip would be helpfull.

I just noticed a similar problem where logging in did not work with Firefox, but did work in Internet Explorer, making me think browser cache or something. Have you tried another browser? -

With 1.2 I assume you mean 1.2.0? And with "the patch 1.2.2" you meanWhich is the correct patch file.http://code.zikula.org/core/wiki/downloads
Zikula-1.2.0_Zikula-1.2.2-patch.zip: 1.2.0 => 1.2.2 (714 kB)
No clue how to get this up and running. Following craigh's advice is of course one to try. Try a different browser, clear any browser cache, and so on. Maybe you could also remove the cached files and compiled templates in your pnTemp directory (only remove the contents, leave the directories as they are).
I guess it will take more time to find out why it's not working than to restore a backup. But I'm biased, having restored backups several times now from server to local machine, so it's a minute work for me.

Hmmm, if your backup is on your server, it's probably safer to restore from there, rather then downloading, extracting, and re-uploading everything with ftp. I hope that is possible on your environment / hosting panel.
Indeed, the safest is to restore the complete public_html directory (becuase your DB hasn't changed as you confirmed before). This means that the 1.2.0 files are restored with the current 1.2.0 DB.
However, if you DO have the files locally... you might also want to try installing your website locally too with for example XAMP. However, this might be somewhat technical. It definitely has a lot of pros, you can test-rive almost anything before you decide to update your production environment.
