Do you know any Fundraising system, which can be integraded installed with zikula? -

Not aware of any, what are you looking for feature wise? May be able to come up with some solutions from existing modules if we know what you need.

I don't need shopping cart /webstore thing. I tried zcart it has no "donation" option.
does zWebstore have "donation" option/module/plugin?
i need the following ability:
1.minimum donation (not necessary)
2.user choose amount to donate
3.user choose paymant option (credit cart type, paypal etc)
4. fills necessary fields(his name adress etc) and submits
I can add this field to Formicula..but this is not good.
p.s.
i can purchase module/script from zikula pros for reasonable price (tis will not be moneymaking site, just fundraising for one nonprofit organization. So they don't pay too much :) ) -

It seems to be not ready yet but you could try leaving a ticket to find out when it will be. -

I still have the old version... the one for ZK 1.2.x is far from ready yet... too much on my plate right now with other stuff...
