I have the latest Zikula and want to install for the first time the PNphpBB2 module. I was careful to follow the directions (compression off etc). But for the life of me it wont install. When I click on the Install icon in the admin panel I get a page that reads:
Checking module location and directory permissions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Module is located correctly
./modules/PNphpBB2/templates/PNTheme/styles IS writable.
./modules/PNphpBB2/templates/PNTheme/cellpics IS writable.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Everything looks good! Please click Continue.
Looks promising - but when I click on the Continue button I end up with a Page not Found error.
Help?!?

ok - uninstalled whole module (including table stuff) and started from scratch.
this time I get the same page as above and when I click on Continue I get this:

Installing PNphpBB2 tables to z_phpbb_* COMPLETED
Populating tables with PNphpBB specific data COMPLETED
thats it - no finish button and when I go back to the Admin panel it still shows as not installed.
any ideas?... options? -

You might try installing Zikula 1.0.x then install PNphpBB2, and then upgrade Zikula from there?
Whay are you not using Dizkus on a new install?
