Theme Issue (Voodoodolly)  Bottom

  • Having odd issue on only some of the modules. I thought it might be the modules but when I change the theme I dont have the same issue on other themes.

When you look at the FAQs or Calendar pages the header of the page slides down below the level of the right blocks.

Anyone know what is causing this? - I can edit code pretty well but am at a loss where to begin to look for the issue.

any help is greatly appreciated :)
  • Hmm, I do not see any problem: Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Camino, they all display the page properly on OS X. Did you perhaps use IE?

And out of the chaos sounded a voice and spoke: "Be happy and smile, for it could have come worse."
And I was happy and smiled - and it came worse...

  • But also try to solve it though icon_wink . Are they using IE6, 7 or 8 ? For 7 and 8 it should work out of the box IMO. And if you have a lot of IE6 users it might be worthwhile to try to solve it. I can't open the sites right now?

  • IE 8 and it seems maybe a tabling issue?... still investigating but cant seem to find exactly what is causing it to drop.

as for edumacating...ya I know.. lol.. well... some people are just stubborn when it comes to change.

Site should work now - goofy host doesnt know how to properly do a redirect.

Update: nevermind - finally found it. Was a tabling issue in the code - set the main content into its own table and fixed it straight away. Thanks for looking ;)

  • Great. Did you use the default voodoololly or an adapted one?
    Thanks for reporting back anyways
