I am upgrading from 1.1.x to 1.2.1. Using icelandic as language. The error I get when running upgrade.php is Class 'ZLanguage' not found in /mysite/upgrade.php on line 79
Any ideas?

sounds like missing files. look for includes/ZLanguage.php in your distribution. try re-uploading. -
