After upgrading a site recently from 1.1.2 to 1.2.1, I decided to play around with compression and minification settings to increase the performance of my site. Here's the settings I'm using:
pnRender compile check: unchecked
pnRender force compilation: unchecked
Theme compile check: unchecked
Theme force compilation: unchecked
Theme enable CSS/JS combination: checked
Theme use compression: checked
Theme minify CSS: checked
Settings Manager activate compression: checked
Because I am still using Pagesetter, I do not have caching of any kind enabled (it causes errors).
However, despite these settings, when I check my site with optimizer sites like http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/ and http://www.webpagetest.org/ they don't seem to recognize the compression or minification.
Am I missing something?
